Biography
Lyudmila Vladimirova-Kitova is an associate professor at the Clinic of Cardiology at the Multi-profile Univesity Hospital “Sveti Georgi†Plovdiv and is a specialist in Cardiology and Lipidology with many publications in Bulgarian and International journals with impact factor. She has been a scientific consultant of three PhD students and a coordinator of several scientific projects within the university. Interests lie in the fields of Lipidology, Familial Hypercholesterolemia, Preventive Cardiology, Heart failure, Echocardiography. Member of the Bulgarian Society of Cardiology, the Union of Scientists in Bulgaria, the European Society of Cardiology, the Doppler Sonography Society, the Bulgarian Medical Association, the Echocardiography Group at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences
